Shipping Information

We ship United Parcel Service and U.S. Postal Service.  If shipping amount or calculator is not available on a listing, please e-mail or call for shipping quote 1-800-464-1713.

With some of our products, we offer a “Flat Rate – Reduced Packaging*” option.  This option allows us to remove the product from the original manufacturers’ packaging in order for us consolidate and reduce shipping costs for you. If you do not desire us to remove the product from the manufacturers’ packaging, please select one of the other shipping options listed when you go through the checkout process.

Shipping charges for larger items requiring truck freight will vary depending on buyers location and the weight of the item.  Shipping quotes will be given upon request.  We will do our best to locate the most economical rate for you.  Shipping will be quoted as business to business delivery.  If you are in a residential area and/or do not have equipment to unload the item, you will need to pick up the item at the freight dock.  Freight companies charge a hefty residential delivery fee for deliveries within a residential area and for deliveries needing equipment for unloading.

Please let us know whether you are in a business delivery area, or need to pick up your item at the freight dock.  We will not absorb the residential delivery fees and buyer will be charged if the item is delivered to a residential area due to buyers’ failure to let us know.

Return Policies

New Parts:
We guarantee new parts to be free of manufacturers defects.  If the new part is defective, returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of receipt of item and exchanged for like item (when available).  Refunds will be issued if replacement item is not available, and credited to original payment method.  We will cover the cost of return shipping charges if the part is found to be defective.  Prior authorization from us is required for all returns.

Used Parts:
We guarantee used parts to be as described in the item listing.  We do our best to accurately describe each item.  If customer is not satisfied with used part, returns will be accepted with prior authorization from us.  If we deem part to be defective, we will cover return shipping charges and exchange for like item (when available).  Refunds will be issued if replacement item is not available, and credited to original payment method.

If item needs to be returned due to customer ordering wrong part, we will accept returns up to 30 days from date of receipt of item.  Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
